Dan Stoll, SPHR
Principal
Dan Stoll,
SPHR, is a Senior Consultant, with over 30 years of human resources
management and consulting experience for Fortune 500 corporations, both
domestic and international. Dan’s human resource exposures include
transportation, logistics, technology, manufacturing, insurance and
retail environments.
Prior to
joining The HR Consulting Group, Dan has over 17 years of rail experience
and held human resource responsibility for several operating units of
CSX. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree
in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations from Iowa
State University. He is certified
as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Lucy Markert, CCP
Managing Partner
Lucy Markert, CCP has over 25 years of human resources and business experience. Lucy has expertise in change management, process improvement, organization design, compensation, performance management, career development, success planning and outplacement coaching. She has worked in wide variety of industries, including financial services, information technology, transportation, health care, retail and non-profit. Lucy has held both consulting and leadership positions in the private as well as public sectors.
Prior to joining the HR Consulting Group, Lucy was the Human Resources Director for several organizations, as well as a business consultant, call center manager and training manager. She is a well established project manager who has facilitated numerous organizational redesigns, process improvements and change management efforts. Lucy has extensive experience with start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, with proven success in transforming cultures and support growth organizations.
Lucy has a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and is a member of SHRM and the World at Work.
Tom Studer, CCP
Director of Executive Coaching
Tom Studer, CCP, has been a coach and mentor to executives and leaders for more than 20 years. He has built and led teams across several Fortune 500 companies in five industries, including banking, health care, restaurant, retail and utility.
He has an extensive background in Compensation and Benefits including executive compensation & benefits, incentive, rewards & recognition, deferred compensation, stock, and contract management. He has both domestic and international human resource experience and was part of a team that took a company public (IPO) in March 2001. Tom has earned his Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality/Process Improvement. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from USF and a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Jack Frost is a Senior
Consultant, with over 30 years of management and Human Resources
management experience in the transportation, US Military and technology
environments. In addition, he has
over 13 years experience as an Adjunct Professor teaching management and
human resource courses in the Under Graduate, Graduate and Executive MBA
program at Jacksonville University and Emory Riddle Aeronautical
University.
Prior to joining The HR
Consulting Group, Jack has over 16 years of human resource responsibility
for several operating units of CSX Transportation. Jack holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Management and an Executive Master of Business Administration
Degree from Jacksonville University.
“Dr. JO” - Joanne Studer, Psy.D, CPT
Senior Consultant
Dr. Jo-Anne Studer is a licensed Psychologist and Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). She has more than 30 years experience in helping companies maximize their human capital assets through training & development, organizational effectiveness, performance consulting and leading change. She held a number of key positions in Fortune 500 companies. She was on the Board of Directors for The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and helped design the strategy to transform the industry for the year 2000 and beyond. Her focus has been in delivery of 360 Feedback, Leadership and Career Development, Executive & Business Coaching, Succession Planning, IT Implementations and designing transformational change management strategies to help companies improve bottom line performance. She has co-authored chapters on changing corporate culture and travels worldwide conducting workshops on a wide variety of topics in human performance & business improvement. She received her doctorate degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL and has a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova University.
Shannon Foskey

Shannon Foskey has a Generalist background,
focused on training and recruitment. Her experience also includes
marketing program development, script development, training and analysis.
Shannon’s career includes over ten years in health and property
insurance. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a
minor in Psychology from Jacksonville University.
Calena Gray, PHR
Consultant

Calena
Gray, PHR, has over 10 years of human resources management
experience. Calena has a
generalist background, which includes experience in compensation,
recruiting, training, compliance, and benefits. Most recently, Calena was employed as
the Director of Human Resources for Vexure, a transportation company in
Jacksonville, Florida. Calena graduated from the University of North
Florida with her Masters of Business Administration degree with a Human
Resource Management concentration.
Calena also earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree
with a double major in Management and Marketing from the University of
North Florida.
